I was happy to purchase the flags again for the second year in a row intending to distribute for Flag Day. Although, they advertise that the product is good weather resistant quality, I have found that the flags have shown tremendous wear over time. I know this because there are several homes that still display the flags I placed last year. Even so, I do like the product but was very disappointed in the delivery. I placed my order in March and indicated that I needed them in time for Flag Day, June 14th. After several inquiries I had to make on my own, I received my order of 750 flags on Thursday before Flag Day. I was informed by customer no-service that I should have received them at least by mid May at the latest. Their response was a series of excuses including that it was a very weird year, wood supplies limited for the dowel rods, and others. I was very disappointed in the process. There was no time where I received a pro-active message saying the delay would be this late. I am reconsidering using this product in the future.
